FORD - Melbourne - Ford dealership body repairs


I had an accident more than a month age, I have a ford fiesta 2013, my car has been at the mechanic for so long because ford does not have one part available in the country and they can not even tell me when they are going to get the part in and fix my car, their customer service is so terrible and they do not even care about the situation and do not understand that I havent had my car for more than a month for something that should not take more than a week, and this costs me I have to pay for taxi and public transport
