I purchased a car on an agreed price of 13k, out the door it turned out to be 22 k. I didnt notice until a few days later to find out they changed the apr rate to a lower amount, made my term 12 months longer and addded 5k of optional fees i didnt want or even need. The gm at this location wont reply to emails or meet with me in person and they wont do anything to take care of this situation. Ford customer service wont help or transfer me because it is a ford dealership. I dont even understand why they have a customer service then. The sad part is other people have recently experienced this same nightmare and the company is aware of it.
