I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT a little over a year ago from jannell Ford in Hanover Massachusetts. About three months ago I noticed bubbling under the paint on the hood of the vehicle I then contacted jannell Ford about the problem and they set up a date for me to bring the car in to have it repaired. They also arranged for me to have a rental car for me to drive to and from work while they were fixing my vehicle. When I brought the car in for the service one of the rental car agencies had no vehicles for me they sent then sent me over to another local rental place where they only had a 10 passenger van or beat up little Volkswagen I was not happy so I went back to the dealership kind of angry spoke my mind took my keys to my vehicle and drove home very unhappy I expected at least a vehicle comprable to my vehicle that I was having repaired. At this point I'm I am very unhappy with Ford products I doubt I will ever buy another vehicle from your company and I wish now I'd never had bought the Explorer I don't trust the paint job on the vehicle you might fix this one problem but is it going to happen again I don't know but I spent $45,000 on this vehicle and expected to enjoy it for many years my life I now don't even want the vehicle very very unhappy customer
