ford fusion - Ford Fusion

I got a 2014 fusion it's been in the shop for 30 days all together. It has a rubbing sound in the rear end .I was told by the shop people that I won't get my cat back for another 15 days cause ford won't release the parts .in my eyes that shouldn't be right I think ford should release parts so I can get my car back or make the payments ...
