I recently purchased a new high end 2013 Ford Explorer from Oxmoor Ford in Louisville, KY. On the day I purchased it, as I was taking delivery of the vehicle I found a problem with passenger side mid-row seat fold forward. The sales person saw the same issue and told me to bring the $50k Explorer back and he check it out. Went back into Oxmoor Ford and the problem seems to be a faulty release mechanism. I have now been back into the dealership twice and must return a 3rd time for an issue wrong at delivery. This time I will need to wait or leave the vehicle for who knows how long. What a screwed up mess for a brand new vehicle.
