    I took my Ford F150 to Buckeye Ford on the advice of Grange insurance for repair of hitting a deer. After a 3 week waiting period I was informed that truck was all ready to go. After getting home found the body shop sanding dust was all over engine and the rest of the truck. Looking at the workmanship of installed parts, grill, fender, bumper, head light, and other parts was not up to Fords quality.   • 2010 F 150



    The brakes on my new truck, 2010 F 150 4wd, grab when you barely touch the pedal. This is in the extremely troubling when moving at low speeds. There is no play in the intial braking and is especially dangerous when towing a trailer with livestock or loose materials in the trailer. I took it to the Ford garage where I bought the truck and they told me it was common to these trucks. If I had known that I sure wouldnt have bought it.   • Water Spots



    On August 1, 2010 I took deliver on a 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat super crew from Lithia Ford in Roseburg Oregon. Later, the first week that I had the truck I noticed some water spots on about half of the side windows and the windshield. Because of it raining I did not take it back to the dealer at this time. In mid september I noticed them again but we were on our way to boulder city Nevada for the winter months.     I purchased a 2007 ford explorer in October of 2007 and have nothing but trouble with the sun visor's the mirror portion it put in so poorly that when I got the vehicle the door over the mirror on the passenger side fell off and the dealer promptly had it fixed then about a year later the drivers sun visor mirror fell out, again the dealer got it replaced. Now just the other day the sun visor mirror has fallen out on the passenger side. For what a new vehicle costs one would think that ford could provide a better sun visor.     I am writing in regards to my 2005 f150 and the spark plug issue with this vehicle. I have been a loyal Ford customer for over 20 years. Ford is aware of the problem with the spark plugs carbonating and breaking off inside the motor. They refuse to pay for the cost of fixing this problem and I have talked to the dealearship and they are totally aware of the problem, apparently they even have made a tool for extracting the broken plugs, but at a very high cost of repair, also the alternators are going bad at an alarming rate.
