  • My disappointment in Ford

    I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT a little over a year ago from jannell Ford in Hanover Massachusetts. About three months ago I noticed bubbling under the paint on the hood of the vehicle I then contacted jannell Ford about the problem and they set up a date for me to bring the car in to have it repaired. They also arranged for me to have a rental car for me to drive to and from work while they were fixing my vehicle.   • Fusion 2013

    My mother-in-law purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion a year and a half ago. I just want to complain about the wiper motors blowing out without her turning them on. I have own Ford vehicles all my life and have never had to replace a wiper motor and this is what you get with buying a newer model car, parts that don't last. This car is not under warranty any longer and she is on a limited income. I don't know if any other Fusion owners have had this experience but it seems that the 2013 model has had a lot of recalls.   • Very bad service from Allen Joss Ford in Annlin

    Vehicle broke down a block away from Allen Josh. This is a brand new vehicle 2 months old. The vehicle was towed to Allen Josh. I was informed that the vehicle will be placed in the workshop the next morning at 07:30. When I phoned at about 14:00 I was informed that my vehicle is not in the workshop and according to the admin personnel, also not on the premise.     Bought a 2014 Ford F150 new off the lot, have had this pile of crap in the shop for wipers not working, drivers window working when it wants to and the recently for shocking me and burning my thumb, also this truck is on it's third battery in less than a year, I keep telling the dealer that the truck has a short in it that no way should it be on it's third battery, the response that I got is unless it is acting up when I bring it in that there is nothing they can do which is BS.     Fordputmeinthepoor. I have a 2012 Ford focus. Its been at OC welch Ford in Hardeeville, SC for repairs since 4-01-15. I needed a fuel pump. Its on back order and I have been informed today that it might be 2 MORE weeks before they are able to receive the part. ( I had already struggled for a week.   • Where is my car

    on November 20th 2014 I bought a Kuga from Hendy ford in Chandlers Ford and I am still waiting for delivery. The car is registered and taxed from November, the car was delivered to Dagenham and is still there. The dealer has done everything they can to get information but are getting nowhere . Can anyone help me, I purchased with a privilege voucher so I can't even cancel the order.     Poor customer service. NEVER received any recall for a manifold that I had to pay out of pocket for and now engine leaks...I have replaced manifold intake, outtake, alternatur, calibers, radiator hoses and the radiator, the serpentine (of course), brakes, oil gaskets, all spark plugs, tranny treatment...rear differential four times, yes 4 TIMES WITH NO HELP FROM FORD.     I have a complaint against Ford Motor Company of Canada Ltd., but couldn't find how to submit a complaint on this site. My 2005 Ford Escape, like hundreds of others posted on the internet, has such severe rusting in the rear passanger tire well, and beginning to do likewise in the driver rear, that it is unsafe to drive, with the shock hanging by a thread.     This is in regards to Expressway Fords handling of my grandson's experience with them on May20,2014. He had put a deposit on a 2003 Lincoln at that time they put a sold sign with the salesmen name.When we went to sign papers and pick it up they had already sold it.     Bought a 2012 Ford Eco Boost this last spring (love the truck) went for an oil change to my mechanic and he spotted a oil pan leak.   • Recall gas straps

    Received letter about recall on my 2000 ford f150 took it in last week for gas straps to get fixed , a week later after smelling gas yesterday , took it back to dealership .
